Cluaran Healthcare Solutions recruit workers who are new to care work along with those with previous experience and provide them with free, quality training and support. Shadow shifts are mandatory to give workers practical experience in real-life environments, allowing them to develop the essential skills required to provide high quality service.
Our in house training programme means that we have oversight of what training is being delivered, when and how so that we can improve and develop where necessary. This means that our care assistants and support workers are competent to work in a range of settings including nursing and care homes, mental health units, NHS Trusts and private hospitals.
